Gluten Free Gobsmacked 
Never seen an artichoke flower before. But it’s remarkably similar to a chive flower. 🙂

Wow, it’s beautiful. I had no idea they flowered. We love, love artichokes. We steam some every single weekend we go camping on our mtn property, so I need to go out and get two. 🙂
